God is REALLY MOVING

Hey everyone... I just wanted to let everyone know how much God is moving in our youth group. Girls Retreat this weekend was awesome, and I know the 3 girls we took, God really spoke to them about their lives and I just really see God changing some of their lives. I am very proud of them for their obedience in following God and his desires for them. I know the boys had a good time on their hike on Sat. also. Also I just feel like God is spiritually calling our youth group to mature in their walks, and I think he is going to take the entire group to a totally new level. Im very excited to see whats going to come in the next few months.

Just to let you guys know, we do have a Jam Fundraiser coming up starting in March. So get ready to be selling or buying some of that :)

Just wanted to post an update on how everything has been going.
For those of you who missed the service tonite with guest speaker Sandy Little, tonite was amazing... and really spoke to alot of our people through her. It was awesome!

Its been a little while, I thought I should update.

Well guys we've got the Worth the Wait coming up on Friday the 13th, you need to be there a 7pm. And then we will be working on Saturday for the Valentines Banquet that starts at 6pm-8pm. Im excited for this weekend, I think it is going to be awesome, and I think God is really going to restore many of the hurts and scars you guys have at the Worth the Wait Lockin. I look forward to see what he is going to do in you guys!

Coming up.....Changes.....

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know there has been a few updates in things. In the letter I gave out for Girls Retreat I put the wrong date for registration being due. The due date is Feb 8th, and is $25. That is also the due date for camp registration which is $30, but those of you who participated in the auction are getting $20, and if you want to use that towards registration you can and you will only owe $10.
Another thing you guys need to remember, is we were going to go to the basketball game for the Worth the Wait Lock-in. But the game has been changed to an away game so we will not be going to it. You guys need to be at the church at 7pm and have already eaten dinner. Then dont forget you will be with us all day Sat getting ready for the Valentines Banquet. IF YOU DO NOT HELP WITH THE BANQUET YOU WILL NOT GET MONEY TO GO TOWARDS CAMP. If you cannot be there the entire time but can be there part of the day, talk with me and we will work something out.

See you guys on Sunday! By the way, Im not sure if your noticing the growth in the youth group, but we've been seeing alot of new faces... remember to introduce yourself and be welcoming.

Back to Normal for a little bit...

Well we dont have much going on in January thank goodness.... We can back to normal, kind of... :)Dont forget you will be auctioned off on January 18th in the morning service at church. Everyone is participating, and you guys will have to do what the person who bought you requests. And if you do not do it, you will have to give them their money back. I will keeping track of it all, so please just do your job :)
Also dont forget we have the Worth the Wait Lock-in coming up on January 13th, and you will be with us all day getting the church ready for the Valentines Banquet on the 14th. Be sure and invite your parents, aunts-uncles, grandparents... it will be fun and it helps support you guys for camp!
